2015 International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS)

In 2012 a restructuring process was initiated to address industry changes introduced by the proliferation of wireless mobile devices and the evolution of the Internet from the IoT to the Internet of Everything. The 17 International Technology Working Groups (ITWGs), responsible for updating the ITRS, were replaced in 2015 by 7 Focus Teams in a new ITRS 2.0.
